The organiser of this promotion is Rimage EMEA GmbH, Mainzer Straße 131, 65187 Wiesbaden, Germany. Participation in the ‘RX400 Promotion – 100 free Rimage USB sticks or free upgrade to a 3-year send-in service warranty‘ is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Note: The conditions of participation apply to all participants in the promotion. By participating, participants declare their agreement with these conditions. The promotion is organised for participants from Europe, the Middle East or Africa (hereinafter referred to as the EMEA region). Contractual relationships and claims of participants are established exclusively with and against the organiser.

 Eligibility

  1. Persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the EMEA region and who have made a purchase in the EMEA region are eligible to participate. Participants expressly agree to provide truthful information about themselves for the purposes of the promotion in order to ensure its proper execution.
  2. The ‘RX400 Promotion – 100 free Rimage USB sticks or free upgrade to a 3-year send-in service warranty’ promotion will run from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026, 11:59 p.m. (‘promotion period’). The closing date for submitting proof of purchase is 31 July 2026, 23:59.

    Legal recourse is excluded.

Implementation of the promotion

  1. In order to participate in the promotion, eligible participants (see Eligibility) must:
    • purchase one of the promotional products from an authorised Rimage distributor in the EMEA region.
    • fill out the participation form (contact details) on the https://rimage-emea.eu/rx400-promotion/ website.
    • upload a photo of their proof of purchase showing the participating product in order to receive the 100 free Rimage USB sticks or the 3-year warranty extension.
  2. Please note the following when uploading the photo of the proof of purchase and participating in the promotion:
    • The proof of purchase must show the promotional product. The proof of purchase must be fully visible and legible in the photo. Other products and confidential information on the proof of purchase may be blacked out.
      If the proof of purchase is not legible, the entire entry will be invalid.
    • The following formats are accepted: .jpg, .png, .pdf.
    • Repeated use of proofs of purchase will result in exclusion from the promotion.
    • The upload and thus successful completion of participation, i.e. the receipt of all specified/uploaded information, will be displayed to the participant on the website and confirmed by email.
    • If the data provided is incorrect/incomplete and participation cannot be processed, the claim shall lapse. Rimage EMEA GmbH is not obliged to research the correct data. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect data shall be borne by the participant concerned.
  3. The collection of the required personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the promotion. The data is collected and processed by Rimage EMEA GmbH for the purpose of handling the promotion. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
  4. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions offered by the manufacturer.
  5. As their reward participants can choose between 100 Rimage USB sticks or an upgrade to a 3-year send-in service warranty.

    Central: Core SingleWORM 64GB

    Note on warranty extension:
    Rimage EMEA GmbH extends the statutory warranty period to a total of 3 years from the date of purchase. Customers also have the option of upgrading to a total of 5 years or the exchange service and will only be charged the additional cost. Services exceeding the promotional warranty (5 years or exchange service) must be ordered from the Rimage EMEA distributor from whom the system was purchased. Reference must be made to the promotion.

    USB sticks or service extensions purchased outside of the promotion cannot be credited retrospectively.
  6. The 100 free USB sticks will be shipped exclusively within the EMEA region directly by and at the expense of Rimage EMEA GmbH to the customer.

Liability

  1. Rimage EMEA GmbH accepts no liability for damage arising from the purchase of promotional products. Rimage EMEA GmbH does not guarantee that the promotional website will be available at all times and accessible to participants, or that its content will be free of errors or technical faults. Once the USB sticks have been sent to participants, the organiser is released from any further obligation.
  2. Rimage EMEA GmbH does not guarantee that the participating products will be available in stores until the end of the promotion.

Other

  1. Rimage EMEA GmbH reserves the right to restrict access to the promotion or suspend it temporarily, particularly for technical reasons. This shall not give rise to any claims against Rimage EMEA GmbH.
  2. Rimage EMEA GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or the website, violate the conditions of participation or otherwise attempt to influence the promotion in an unfair or dishonest manner. In such cases, exclusion from the promotion, refusal of reimbursement or recovery of the reimbursed amount may be considered.
  3. Rimage EMEA GmbH reserves the right to change or adapt the conditions of participation at any time for good cause or due to legal changes.
